Sunny implants and performs long term management of cardiac all cardiac devices including:
• Pacemakers
• Implantable cardiac defibrillators (ICDs)
• Implantable loop recorders

Generally, after implantation, patients are reviewed at the pacemaker clinic at 6 weeks, and then routinely every 6-12 months.

Information from the device can be wirelessly downloaded and the health of the device and the presence of any arrhythmias can be assessed

Home monitoring devices can now allow many device checks to be performed remotely in certain situations.
